Although Balancing with Belle primarily focuses on holistic, person-centred therapy, you will also encounter aspects of psychodynamic theory in a relaxed manner. We explore your lifestyle, behaviours and mindset, incorporating self-healing practices, personal values, beliefs, hobbies and interests. In addition, you will be introduced to components of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), such as open discussions and setting personal goals.

Individual counselling
